Do you offer free shipping?
Yes we do! Free standard shipping is applied to all domestic orders (within US) for all orders $50+. Please note, free shipping is applied after discount codes have been submitted; and your subtotal remains above $50.

Domestic (Contiguous US) Shipping Rates & Delivery Options:

Orders over $50 (after discounts & excluding taxes): FREE via USPS

Orders under $50: Flat rate of $6.95 via USPS

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders with standard shipping usually take 3-5 business days. In certain cases it may take up to 7-10 business days due to circumstances such as extreme weather delays.

When will my order ship?
We process and ship out all orders Monday through Friday, not including holidays. Orders with standard shipping will usually be fulfilled and shipped the next business day (Monday through Friday, not including holidays). Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information enclosed. Please note that it may take up to 24-48 hours for your tracking information to update.

Can I make changes to or cancel my order?
We work hard to process your order as fast as possible. As soon as the payment is accepted and the order is confirmed, we prepare your order right away. This unfortunately means NO changes can be made to your order once it is placed. There may however be time to cancel your order all together so you can start fresh. Please email us at info@osonbeauty.com as soon as possible with the subject line “Cancellation” and your full name and order number. We’ll let you know what we can do!

Expedited Shipping (Express and ASAP)
Orders must be received by 10 a.m. EST to ship same day. If received after 10 a.m., orders will ship the following business day, Monday-Friday (excluding holidays), as FedEx does not deliver expedited orders on weekends. If you need to receive your package by a specific date, please contact info@osonbeauty.com and we’ll be glad to help.

Where will my order ship from?
All Oson Beauty orders are shipped out of California, USA.
Mexico Only – orders are shipped out of Ensenada, Baja California.

Do you offer international shipping?
At the moment, we only offering shipping within the contiguous US and Mexican Republic. Please subscribe to our newsletter to get the latest updates on our expansion plans.

How To – Add the products you want to purchase to your shopping cart (the option comes within each product). During checkout, you will input your shipping information and we will present you with the following payment options:

  1. Credit or Debit Cards
  2. Paypal with your American Express, Master Card or Visa credit or debit card

How do I apply my Discount Code?
Discount codes can be applied to your order at Checkout. Enter your discount code into the appropriate field. Once you hit ‘Apply’ your discount will be deducted from your cart total and you can continue on to payment method. Please note that only one discount code can be applied per order. Discount codes cannot be combined with any other promotions or offers unless otherwise stated.
