The following policy applies to domestic orders only and for products sold only on Osonbeauty.com.

Eligibility Window
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we will happily accept new and unopened beauty products within 7 days of purchase date (as printed on your packing slip). Returned products must be in its original condition to be eligible for a refund.

After your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 3-7 business days for the credit to post back to your account.

Oson Beauty is not responsible for the shipping costs of the returns or liable for lost returns.

How to Make Your Return or Exchange:
To start the return process, please email us at info@osonbeauty.com with the subject line “Return.” Include your full name, order number, and the item(s) you wish to return and we’ll be happy to get this started for you.

Can I exchange a product?
We do not offer direct exchanges on any of our products.

Items Not Eligible for Refund:

  • Items marked as final sale.
  • Free gifts or promotional items with retail value.
  • Returns received in damaged/worn condition.
  • Returns received after 7 days of the original order shipment date.
  • Shipping charges, except in cases where we have made a shipping error.

What happens if I return an item that I bought on sale or used a promo code on?
Coupons and discount codes are allocated across all applicable items. If you applied a coupon or discount code on the order you’re returning, OR if you are returning an item purchased on sale, you’ll be refunded the amount that you paid after the applied discount.

An item in my order was damaged in transit! What do I do?
We’re so sorry for the inconvenience! Please send us an email at info@osonbeauty.com with your order number, full name and an image of the damaged item and we’ll be happy to help you!

An item is missing from my package! What do I do?
We’re so sorry to hear! Sometimes, the products in your order may be split into two (or more) fulfillments. Please check your inbox for any additional tracking information. If you find that you’re still missing any items please reach out to us at info@osonbeauty.com and we will make sure to ship this ASAP.

What if there was something wrong with my order?
Contact us right away so we can make things right. Reach us at info@osonbeauty.com.

I purchased your products from a store or another reseller. Can I return the products to Oson Beauty?
Because we cannot control how other resellers handle our products, please consult the customer service department of where you have purchased your products from. We can only directly refund products that we sell directly on Osonbeauty.com.
